Foundational Sound Therapy

This foundational course is designed for anyone interested in sound and its healing properties for personal or therapeutic use. Explore history, science and practical application of sound frequency in a three day elemental training.
Who is this course good for?
Yoga teachers, wellness/yoga studio owners, Reiki practitioners, massage therapists, life coaches, therapists, chiropractors, intuitives, breath-work facilitators and anyone looking to understand + incorporate sound as a healing modality.
Learn and experience sound using Himalayan Instruments, Crystal bowls, tuning forks and vocal toning. With plenty of hands on practice using high quality instruments.
Subjects covered in depth:
- Healing frequencies, intervals and binaural beats
- Physical and auditory application of instruments
- Scientific studies behind sound therapy
- Understanding brainwaves and theory of entrainment
- Proper technique working with Himalayan instruments, Crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks and more
- Working with the chakra system and the 5 elements
- Sacred geometry and sound
- Power of intention and deep listening
- How to build a private and public healing session and introducing frequency into existing practice
- Incorporation of sound into daily life, meditation and using the voice as a healing tool
This training will be held at the beautiful and peaceful California Yoga over the course of three days in Sylvania, Ohio.

January 18 12:00 – 8:00 pm
January 19 11:30 – 6:00 pm
Breaks will be provided each day.
